I can't read kanji, but the cute octupi on the banner give me a hint of what they might be selling. Any further thoughts or details?
This was on the outskirts of Sensoji temple. The snacks are fried balls of batter with octopus chunks mixed inside. "Tako-yaki." I didn't try any.
