That's truly bizarre. And it seems to just keep getting more bizarre. "Bad Smell Air"? "Slapping Machine"? "Hitted Hip", complete with uniformed baseball player? "Old Man Bites Tenderly"?
They just happened to have the necessary props sitting around in Special Collections, I guess. Also, technically, that's not his "hip", but I guess the Japanese lack of precision with our beloved Mother Tongue is famous.
I can't help but notice that the shelves behind the folks at the table are suspiciously empty.
As one of the gals in Morning Musume said during a rare moment of reflection, "Japanese television is all about making people do humiliating things." I like how the guys at least have enough vestigial respect for the traditional library ambience to shush each other. Most of our student patrons only make the shushing noise as a joke. But yeah, this is obviously a studio.
